Module 4 - Fitting the Horn
<28th January 2006>Horn:
To fit the horn i needed to first insert a rivnut into the chassis. I used an M6 rivnut as it would fit nicely through both the mounting bracket and the wiring loop connection. So once the rivnut was in i used a wire brush to take some of the powder coating off the chassis rail for the earth connection. Then i bent the bracket 90 degrees so it would fit aroud the chassis rail.

Then it was just a case of bolting it in place and connecting the wiring loom connection to the +ive connector on the horn.
